Queen's Trefoil ear weights, a design inspired by our love of bees, featuring six settings filled with hand-carved Chiapas Amber hexagons mimicking honeycomb.
These weights are cast from yellow silicon bronze, a safe, dense metal with a mild yellow tone. Each pieceweighs 22 grams, measures about 44mm (1.75") in length, 32mm in width, is 6mm (about 1/4") thick, and is wearable from 6.5mm (2g) and up.
Compared to our original Honey ear weights, these have the same size and number of inlays but significantly smaller bodies and weigh about 18 grams less.

Dendrite is the 2020's iteration of the body jewelry company Onetribe, created in 2003 by founder and lead maker Jared Karnes (that's me). Dendrite was known primarily for innovative body jewelry lapidary work and ear weight designs. We produced several Association of Professional Piercers conference "Innovator Award" pieces, such as the Ghost in the Shell ear weights, Topo ear Weights, and Cryst ceramic body jewelry displays.
I can no longer make jewelry due to extensive hand/arm injuries sustained as a production stone carver, so this website has become a showcase of work from my fantastic peers. I hope you enjoy it :)
